Led the architecture, design, and development of Mashuhuri PRM, a comprehensive property and real estate management platform built to streamline end-to-end property operations for landlords, property managers, and real estate organizations. The platform centralizes critical workflows including tenant onboarding, lease and contract management, rent invoicing, payment tracking, maintenance requests, support ticketing, task management, announcements, analytics, promotions, and fiscalization-ready billing within a single unified system.

Beyond traditional property management, Mashuhuri PRM supports specialized real estate use cases such as land parcel ownership tracking, succession management, and short-term rental (BnB) operations including listings, reservations, availability management, and payment processing. The platform features robust role-based access controls, automated notifications across email, SMS, and in-app channels, as well as bulk data import capabilities to simplify onboarding and operational management.

The tenant-facing experience is offered as a free self-service application, empowering residents to access property information, monitor rent balances and due dates, view invoices and payment history, submit payments, manage support requests, access lease documentation, receive property announcements, and interact with property managers through a seamless digital experience. Mashuhuri PRM was designed to improve operational efficiency, increase transparency, and enhance communication between property managers and tenants while supporting scalability across diverse real estate portfolios.
