The Task
Led the redesign and development of Enwealth’s Self-Service Portal, transforming the digital experience for pension members through a modern, user-friendly, and highly accessible platform. The project focused on improving client interactions, streamlining self-service processes, and providing members with seamless 24/7 access to their pension information, statements, and account services across web and mobile devices.
The solution also involved platform optimization, system integration, performance improvements, and deployment support to ensure reliability and scalability across multiple regions. Successfully rolled out across Kenya, Uganda, and Mauritius, the platform enhanced operational efficiency while delivering a more consistent and convenient experience for both clients and administrators.
